I Don’t Know Why

It’s just another day, like any other
Another he said, she said thing, with my lover
So grab your shovel, it’s time to make mountains of mole hills

Sometimes what i say, somehow goes astray
Smashing into you like some kind of runaway train
And it’s a shame cause that’s not what was intended

This lack of empathy, is making my soul bleed
But first we have to give, before we can receive
Can’t you see how  it affects me, it sure as hell ain’t pretty
I to have needs, just like every other human being

Sometimes I look forward to the silence
It gives me time to breath

I don’t know why we have to yell loud as hell
We need to turn around and take a look into ourselves
I don’t know why the moods I choose are usually black and blue
But they have nothing to do with how I feel about you
Long before I ever said “I do”
Since the first time that I layed my eyes on you…

It’s just another day, like every other
Another time well spent day, with my lover
No matter what we say it all comes right back round again

A taste of empathy, would put my mind at ease
Then I would try to give, as well as I’ve received
I can see that it affects you, sometimes you get blue too
You know  it’s true when they say that it takes two

Do you look forward to the silence
Or would you rather scream?

I don’t know why we have to yell loud as hell
We need to turn around and take a look into ourselves
I don’t know why the moods I choose are usually black and blue
But they have nothing to do with how I feel about you
Long before I ever said “I do”
Since the first time that I layed my eyes on you…

I Don’t Know  Why

I don’t have a clue, do you?
I don’t know why but I will try to find out soon
I don’t know why, I don’t know why…
